Retrofit Lead at Sewell Group
Steve Dam leads Refit_2050, a service bringing together Sewell Group's diverse estates expertise to help organisations transition to a net zero future. Steve has based his career in the construction and property industry, supporting the delivery of multi-million-pound projects across the education and health sectors as well as developing businesses in the residential property sector. In 2023 he was appointed Retrofit Lead for Sewell Group, coordinating the company's services which help building owners and operators navigate the complicated journey to Net Zero, helping them identify 'what to do' and 'in what order'.
