Climate change is a global challenge that is becoming increasingly apparent with each passing year. This summer alone, we have witnessed devastating wildfires, extreme flooding, and an unprecedented rise in sea and land surface temperatures.
With buildings contributing 40% to carbon emissions, decarbonising the sector is critical to maintaining global warming below 1.5°c.
On November 9th, Space Group hosted their second annual _shift conference, drawing hundreds of in-person and online attendees. The conference brought together industry leaders and "empowered agents of change" to discuss strategies for decarbonising the built environment.
