Lee trained as an Architect and has nearly 30 years of experience in the building Industry spanning new build, retrofit and manufacturing, working with businesses of all shapes and sizes.

Lee joined the Travis Perkins plc Group in 1999 and has held several senior roles within the Group, ranging across Sales, Operations, Technical Leadership and Programme Delivery. Recently Lee's focus has returned to regional house builders, supporting customers in an ever-changing environment of regulation, design, sustainability and innovation whilst keeping a strong focus on commercially viable solutions that deliver on the customer's individual goals.

In October 2021, Lee was appointed as WholeHouseGroup Director leading a team of industry professionals to develop a revolutionary design platform that offers a new way of working for home builders, one that simplifies the ever-changing and complex process of planning, designing and building homes, coordinating everything you need all in one place.
