Joakim Eriksson

Joakim has extensive experience of working with change processes and leadership development in dynamic business sectors, both as a consultant and in his earlier leadership positions. Over the last 16 years he has led a number of strategy implementation projects and leadership development programs in large organizations in Scandinavia and Europe. Joakim has more than 15 years of leadership experience. Starting as a frontline manager and working his way up to C-level, he has first-hand experience with transitioning between different leadership roles.
After Steve Malkin's presentation, Chairman Chris Hines welcomed Client Directors of Mannaz, Nicky Thompson and Joakim Eriksson, to the stage. Joakim spoke to the importance of inspirational leadership and how we as individuals can take necessary steps towards overcoming the challenges we face.
As a consultant Joakim has worked with leaders and leadership teams both in the role as coach, facilitator and teacher. He has led numerous of leadership development programs tailored to prepare leaders for their next level of leadership. A major theme in Joakim’s work is helping leaders navigate well in complexity and transformations, i.e., environments that require an ability to lead in paradoxes and manage fundamental shifts in ways for working.
